FSR Magazine Spotlights Terminal 26's Opening at Ponce City Market
We're excited to share that FSR Magazine featured Terminal 26 following our opening at Ponce City Market's Central Food Hall, introducing readers to Atlanta's newest Thai dining destination inspired by the floating markets of Thailand.
The feature highlights the vision behind Terminal 26, created by sisters Niki and Tanya Pattharakositkul, and our mission to bring the vibrant energy of Thailand's floating markets to Atlanta through a modern, seafood-forward dining experience. Inspired by the idea of "street food on water," Terminal 26 celebrates traditional Thai flavors with a fresh perspective, featuring dishes like Crispy Oyster Pancake, Floating Market Red Curry, Tamarind Snapper, Khao Soi Noodles, and Street Shrimp Pot, alongside handcrafted cocktails inspired by Thailand's riverside markets.
The article also highlights Terminal 26's immersive design, created by Thai-based architects to evoke the feeling of dining along Thailand's waterways. From the reflective river-inspired centerpiece and suspended fishing nets to the open kitchen and fresh seafood displays, every detail was thoughtfully designed to transport guests to one of Thailand's iconic floating markets.
We're honored to be recognized by FSR Magazine and grateful for the opportunity to share our story with readers across the restaurant industry. We look forward to welcoming guests to experience the bold flavors, vibrant atmosphere, and warm hospitality that define Terminal 26.
